I set up this clinic because I got tired of seeing people walk out of appointments not really understanding what they'd had done. Here, you'll always know exactly what's happening, why I'm recommending it, and what to realistically expect. If I don't think a treatment is right for you, I'll say so — I'd rather turn someone away happy than do something I'm not comfortable with.

Honestly? A tiny bit. Most people describe it as a mild scratch. I use numbing cream where appropriate and I'm always as gentle as possible. The majority of my clients say it was far less painful than they expected.

That's exactly why we start with a consultation and I always take a conservative approach. With fillers, I can dissolve them if you're not happy. With anti-wrinkle treatments, the effects naturally wear off after 3–4 months. You're never stuck with anything.

Not if I do my job properly! The goal is always for people to say "you look really well" rather than "what have you had done?" I'm quite opinionated about this — I'd rather do less and have it look natural.

Great question, and you should always ask. I'm a registered nurse with the NMC, I hold a Level 7 qualification in injectable aesthetics, I'm fully insured, and I keep up with regular CPD training. Happy to show you my certificates — just ask.

Absolutely. A huge number of my clients are first-timers, and I love those appointments. We'll go through everything at your pace, I'll explain what I think would suit you, and there's zero pressure to go ahead on the day.

It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 6–18 months depending on the area, and lip filler around 6–9 months. Skin boosters and peels are more cumulative — you'll see the best results from a course.

I only use premium, CE-marked products from established pharmaceutical companies. All my fillers are hyaluronic acid based (so fully dissolvable if needed). I'm happy to tell you exactly what I'll be using before we start — transparency matters to me.
